By engaging with DDevs Technologies, clients agree to our standard terms, including project scope, timelines, payment terms, confidentiality, and intellectual property rights. All services provided are subject to a mutual agreement, and any changes or cancellations must be communicated in writing. DDevs Technologies retains the right to update these terms at any time to ensure quality, clarity, and legal compliance.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by DDevs Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional agreements that may apply. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Services Provided

DDevs Technologies offers design, development, automation, branding, and AI-integrated web and mobile solutions.

Services may be offered on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis, and can be customized per client requirements.

3. Client Responsibilities

Provide clear, complete, and timely project requirements.
Cooperate during the project for communication and feedback.
Pay invoices on time as per the agreement.
Ensure that all content provided (text, images, media) is original or properly licensed.

4. Payment terms and Invoicing

All projects require either full or milestone-based payments as per the signed agreement.
Late payments may incur additional charges or delay project timelines.
No source code or final deliverables will be handed over until payment is completed in full.
Advance payment of 50% (or as agreed) is required to initiate any service or project.
The remaining 50% must be paid upon completion, before delivery or deployment.
Monthly/Yearly Plans: Payments are to be made in advance on or before the due date.
Payment terms for services such as retainers, support, or hosting will be outlined in the invoice or agreement.

Taxes & Additional Fees

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST, VAT, etc.) unless stated otherwise.
Taxation as per the applicable Indian government and international laws will be added to invoices.
Any international transfer fee, payment gateway charges, or currency conversion fee is to be borne by the client.

Late Payments & Suspension of Services

If the payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, a late fee of ₹500 or 5% of the invoice amount, whichever is higher, will apply.
If dues remain unpaid for 15 days, DDevs Technologies reserves the right to suspend services, including website access, emails, hosting, or ongoing support.
After 30 days of non-payment, we may terminate the project or service contract and permanently delete data from our servers.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are not applicable for services already rendered, completed projects, or digital products.
In case of subscription cancellation, no partial refunds will be provided for unused days.
If a project is terminated midway by the client, the advance will be forfeited.

7. Support & Maintenance

Projects may include free support for a limited period (7 to 30 days depending on the package).
Ongoing support, bug fixes, and updates are available under a separate maintenance plan.
Any issue arising due to external changes (e.g., browser updates, plugin changes) is chargeable.

8. Intellectual Property

The client retains ownership of all original content provided.
DDevs Technologies retains the right to reuse general code libraries, components, and frameworks unless otherwise stated.
Final deliverables become the property of the client after full payment.

9. Revisions and Changes

A limited number of revisions are included based on the proposal or agreement.
Additional modifications after delivery or post-approval are billable as per our hourly or fixed maintenance charges.

For monthly or annual service plans, the scope of changes is defined in the selected tier.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information private.
We will not share or use client data outside the scope of the project.

11. Hosting and Third-Party Services

Hosting and domain registration can be purchased through DDevs Technologies or an external provider..
DDevs Technologies is not responsible for third-party service outages or issues.
If hosting is provided by us, the client will receive credentials and dashboard access upon request.
We use trusted third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, SMS/Email APIs, AI APIs, etc.). We are not liable for their outages, downtime, or policy changes.
Any recurring third-party service charges (e.g., API usage, licenses) are the client's responsibility and will be added to the invoice if managed by DDevs.

12. Project Delivery and Handover

Project deliverables will be provided in a structured format (live, zipped files, repository, or installation).
A basic support period (e.g., 30 days) is offered post-delivery unless a maintenance plan is included.

Delivery & Deployment

Delivery timelines are estimated and subject to change based on scope, revisions, and approvals.
Final deployment will be done upon complete payment.
For unhosted websites, files will be shared via email or cloud storage, along with a setup guide.

13. Termination of Service or Agreement

Either party may terminate the agreement by providing 15 days, notice in written

DDevs Technologies reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of abuse, fraud, illegal use, or non-payment.

14.Changes to Terms

DDevs Technologies reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will be applicable to all ongoing and new clients.
